Dress A Girl Around the World is an established organization that provides dresses for girls in many different countries, who might not own a dress or who eat sleep and play in the same dress every day. One of the Tucson chapters meets in a Church on S Pantano Rd, once a month, to sew easy, sturdy dresses and get them ready for shipment to headquarters in Phoenix. There is work for sewers and non-sewers. If you own a sewing machine, you can bring it with you. Most of our supplies are donated.

We work on any and all crafting projects - knitting, crocheting, sewing, embroidery, felt, beading. Any project that's portable, bring it on! We get together to provide support and community.
