Meet other local people who like to do all sorts of sewing, and do your part to give back to the community. We get together in North Austin to sew items for Dell Children's Hospital, St. Davids Hospital, the Breast Cancer Resource Center, Cancer Connection and other worthy causes. Beginners welcome. Bring your scrap material, sewing machine if its portable and join the fun! Machines are also available for use if you can't bring yours. Due to the nature of the projects and the equipment we use, kids under the age of 14 are not allowed.

Want to attend?

This meetup is the fourth Sunday of the month, 3-5pm. The Stitching Studio is located at 9725B Anderson Mill Road. No sewing experience is required - we have lots of activities for non-sewers, however, due to the nature of the projects and equipment we use, kids under 14 are not allowed. Hope to see you there!

What members are saying

This is a great fun way to give back to the community. There is something for everyone to do regardless of your sewing skills.

I am so glad I found this group, It is close to where I live. I would just like to see them meet more then once a month
